Then the feeder roller proceeds and, hence, it traverses to the quill axis. It then takes up the process of wire forming, which includes bending, holding, quilling, and softening process if required. On the basis of the customer requirement, the process and the tools vary accordingly. The Spring forming machine uses the bending tool as per the requirement. Finally, output formation takes place.
